vTask Studio License Agreement


VTASK STUDIO SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Vista Software, Inc. for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("the Software"). By downloading, installing, copying, using, or taking possession of this Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

1. You may use this software for an evaluation period of 30 DAYS. If you use this software after the evaluation period, you must either purchase it, or remove it from your computer. You must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which the Software is installed. A license for the Software may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. All title and copyrights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the Software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software are owned by Vista Software. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not remove any proprietary notices, labels or marks on the program and accompanying documentation. This Software may not be used in commercial applications, resold, or leased without the prior written consent of Vista Software.

4. The Software is provided AS IS and with all faults. Vista Software makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the quality, safety or suitability of the Software, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event will Vista Software be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages however they may arise and even if Vista Software has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. The Software is subject to United States export control laws and may be subject to export or import regulations in other countries. You are responsible for strict compliance with such laws and regulations in connection with any Software that you download and for obtaining any licenses or permits required to export, re-export or import such Software.
